A little bit about me...
After 25 years working as a trusted real estate advisor for people in the metro Edmonton area, I made the same move many of my clients are now considering: I relocated to the Okanagan.
That gives me a rare vantage point — I've navigated the Alberta-to-Kelowna transition personally, and I know what it takes to get it right, from timing a cross-provincial sale to understanding what your money actually buys on this side of the Rockies.
Today I work especially closely with mature clients — helping retirees and those right-sizing to make a move that's often as emotional as it is financial, at a pace that respects the weight of the decision. As an accredited Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), I've successfully helped well over a thousand families and investors buy or sell real estate.
I started my career in England, working in corporate relocation and franchise development for a major real estate brand — experience that shapes how I guide relocating buyers today. I hold a Commerce Degree (Honours) from the University of Plymouth, and I served on the Professional Standards & Arbitration Committee at the REALTORS® Association of Edmonton.
When I'm not working, you'll find me cycling, fly fishing, or on cross-country skis — the same lifestyle that draws so many people here in the first place. I also enjoy music, especially jazz, along with vintage furniture, industrial design, architecture, and the great outdoors. My next major personal goals are to update my my motorcycle license and to learn how to fly. There's typically just one setting on my radio dial — CKUA
